GYRC-ZN01 WiFi MCB Protection Functions

  • WiFi Remote Monitoring and Protection: Monitor breaker status via WiFi and respond to faults quickly.
  • Overvoltage Protection: Trips when voltage exceeds preset levels (default: 280V).
  • Undervoltage Protection: Trips when voltage drops below preset levels (default: 165V).
  • Overload Protection: Detects excessive current flow, preventing overheating and damage.
  • Short Circuit Protection: 6KA breaking capacity ensures quick response to short circuits.
  • Leakage Protection: Trips when leakage current reaches the set threshold, preventing electric shock.
  • High-Temperature Protection: Trips when temperature exceeds the set value (default: 80°C).
  • Voltage and Current Imbalance Protection: Ensures stable power supply and prevents equipment damage.

  • Wiring: Ensure correct connection of live, neutral, and PE lines. Reverse wiring is strictly prohibited.
  • SIM Card (if applicable): Insert the SIM card securely before powering on the device.
  • Parameter Settings: Configure protection values (e.g., overvoltage, undervoltage, leakage) via the LCD screen or app.
  • WiFi Configuration: Connect to WiFi following the user manual instructions.
  • Leakage Test: Test the leakage protection function monthly using the dedicated test button.

Product installation precautions:

1. Reverse connection of product inlet and outlet lines is absolutely not allowed;

2. After installing the product, check if the wiring is correct? Pay special attention not to connect N and PE incorrectly;

3. The leakage function of the product is not allowed to be turned off. Set the leakage parameter value to 30mA (recommended), which can be set to 30mA according to actual application scenarios;

4. For online products, please download and install the APP and scan the QR code on the product;

5. This product’s RS485 is a standard communication port that can be connected to computers and various communication devices through an RS485 to USB converter to achieve information exchange and control;

6. The default Baud of the device is 9600bps. You can view and set the required Baud in the set communication menu;

For 7G and 4G versions of products, a SIM card must be inserted before use to achieve remote information exchange control;

8. Product installation and debugging must be carried out by professional electricians;
